- When your fresh roasted coffee is shipped, you will receive another email notification with package tracking information.
- Our processing time for orders is typically between 1-2 days. Expect slight processing delays during special promotional periods, weekends, or during holiday season when we anticipate higher volumes.
- Please note that if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, we are not responsible for the cost of resending the package to the correct address, and the cost will be charged to you, the customer.
Local Pick Up
- When you order online, you have the option to select free local pick up. Choose Local Pick Up option for shipping.
- Order pickup is available Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm.
- Once you place an order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted.
- When your fresh roasted coffee is ready for pick up, you will receive another notification with pick up instructions. Your order can be picked up any time between 8 AM – 4 PM at our office and roasting facility, located at 158 E. Market, Nappanee.
- Processing time for local pick up orders is usually under 24 hours, during Monday-Friday.
- We will accommodate you with alternative pick up options at the coffee house, if you are unavailable to pickup during the 8 AM- 4 PM window. Please call the office for more info, or leave a comment on your order requesting coffee house pick up.
At Main Street, our goal is for you to completely satisfied with your experience, and we want our returns policy to reflect that as well.
Whole Bean Coffee – Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we’re here to help. If there was an error with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee or purchase, our team will help you.
Non-Coffee Products– If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. It’s easy—just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that shipping fees or charges are not credited for refunds.
