Great question! We offer 5% off every order when you choose subscribe and save. Other conveniences include automatic shipping, the ability to pause, skip, or change your order, and the convenience of gifting subscriptions.
How do I cancel a subscription?
First, log in to your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to cancel, skip this month, or edit.
How do I view my current subscriptions?
First, log in to your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
Can I send a subscription to a friend?
Yes, in any coffee product choose the gift subscription option. Enter your recipients address information in the shipping field during check out.
How does billing work?
We bill your credit card every time we ship the next order. You are not billed in advance.
