LOYALTY PROGRAMS & ONLINE ORDERING

Loyalty programs for in store and online purchases. Order food & drinks online.

Are you a frequent visitor at Main Street? Do you stop by for coffee or lunch? You've probably already enrolled in our Main Street Perks rewards, where you earn points on every visit.

This can be linked with your phone number, email. If you aren't sure, we can always look up your account as well. Check your Perks Points balance.

We encourage you to download our new app - where you can track your Main Street Perks points, and earn additional rewards and promotions.

You can earn points every time you shop online (on this website) by creating an account and enrolling in our Roaster Rewards program. This program runs separately from our in - store Main Street Perks points program, where you accumulate points shopping and visiting at our shop and using our app.

We offer online ordering for food and menu orders as well as in our mobile app. During high volume hours, the expected wait time is automatically adjusted to accommodate our in house guests. We do not currently offer coffee or food delivery.

YOUR VISIT

Planning a visit? Here's a few tips to help you plan.

We offer ADA compliant restrooms on our main floor. Family ADA restroom also available. Access to Main Street is available from a ground level on our south door entrance. While we have seating on loft level, we also offer seating on main floors that do not require steps.

We provide fast and free broadband wireless internet for all guests. Find the password near the register or ask a barista!

We have several rooms available for rental. To reserve a private meeting space, please see a manager, or reserve using our online form.

We are open Monday-Friday 6:30 AM- 9:00 PM. Saturday we are open 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM. We are always closed Sundays.

Check for special holiday or event hours that may be different from regular hours.

ONLINE QUESTIONS

Monday - Friday, most retail online orders ship next day. Read our shipping policy.

We do not allow returns on perishable goods - including coffee. If you are unhappy with your purchase or feel your product is inferior, we'll make it right. See our return & refund policy.

We do not allow multiple discount codes to be redeemed on the same purchase. Your earned credits from our Roaster Rewards program need to be redeemed apart from other offers and codes.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If you have a question about baked goods, feel free to contact us. We can organize custom orders, or even accommodate special requests.

Do you have an upcoming event and need box lunches or bulk soups? Contact us to find a solution for your next large group or party. Orders need to be placed in advance.

Large volume beverage orders (coffees, teas, cold brew) can be ordered in advance. Our Jo-to-Go coffee boxes are a popular choice for meetings and events. Contact us to order your beverages.

We love to accommodate our guests whenever possible. Are you wanting a chai mix, cocoa, syrup, or tea you're not seeing on our website or shelf? You can request a special order and we can usually have your item within a few days.
