There are two ways that you can earn and redeem rewards points. The Roaster Rewards Loyalty program allows you to earn points in on our online shop and can only be redeemed online. Main Street Perks allows you to earn points on purchases in our coffee shop and can only be redeemed in the coffee shop. Online only.

Place an online order and earn 1 Roaster Reward point for every $1 spent. *

$5 discount for 100 points, $10 discount for 200 points, & $20 discount for 400 points.

Rewards expire after six months. No worries - you'll get a reminder email to let you know it's time to redeem your points.

* Gift cards are excluded. Wholesale and not-for-profit accounts are excluded from earning.

How do I identify myself when ordering?

You don't need a special ID card. Your account can be associated with your phone number. Download our app and show the QR at checkout.

How do I see how many points I have?

We encourage you to download our app - where you can track your Main Street Perks points, and earn additional rewards and promotions.

I think I have several accounts. Could I merge my accounts?

We ask that you don't try to handle this at the counter as it slows down the line considerably - but it can be done! Contact us with the form below.

I made a purchase and my points were not added on my last visit. Can I have my points added manually?

We kindly ask that when possible, you inform our staff members of your rewards account on check out. However, if you contact us through the form below and enter your ticket number, we can assist you.

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

No, there's not! You can collect points for a rainy day- we store all information securely. Your information and balance is safe.

Tips for using our mobile app:
  • Update the app from the App Store (Make sure you are using the most current version of the app.)
  • You can also choose to regularly update the app inside the app with "Update App" button for regular updates made by our team.
  • Make sure you are logging in with the same phone number you use at the counter at Main Street (don't use a different mobile number).
