Rewards Programs FAQ

There are two ways that you can earn and redeem rewards points. The Roaster Rewards Loyalty program allows you to earn points in on our online shop and can only be redeemed online.

Our in house program, Main Street Perks - allows you to earn points on purchases in our coffee shop and can only be redeemed in the coffee shop. For questions or assistance your rewards account, please complete the form below and we will be happy to assist you.

Roaster Rewards

Online only.

Place an online order and earn 1 Roaster Reward point for every $1 spent. *

$5 discount for 100 points, $10 discount for 200 points, & $20 discount for 400 points.

Rewards expire after six months. No worries - you'll get two reminder emails to let you know it's time to redeem your points.

Birthday points can be earned by adding your birthday to your online account. 20 points will be added to your account on your birthday. These 20 bonus points expire after 30 days.

* Gift cards are excluded. Wholesale and not-for-profit accounts are excluded from earning.

Log in to your account and click on Roaster Rewards to see your current points and to redeem them for a discount.

How do I join?

Sign up for an account on our website to start earning straight away using your account login. No separate login needed.

In coffee shop only.

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in store.

$5 discount for every 50 points you redeem.

Points do not expire.

Install our mobile app and enter your birthdate, get a free 16 oz/Triple drink on your birthday. Must have our app installed to be notified of your birthday gift. You have 3 days to come in and get your free drink.

How do I identify myself when ordering?

You don't need a special ID card. Your account can be associated with your phone number. Download our app and show the QR at checkout.

How do I see how many points I have?

We encourage you to download our app - where you can track your Main Street Perks points, and earn additional rewards and promotions.

I think I have several accounts. Could I merge my accounts?

We ask that you don't try to handle this at the counter as it slows down the line considerably - but it can be done! Contact us with the form below.

I made a purchase and my points were not added on my last visit. Can I have my points added manually?

We kindly ask that when possible, you inform our staff members of your rewards account on check out. However, if you contact us through the form below and enter your ticket number, we can assist you.

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

No, there's not! You can collect points for a rainy day - we store all information securely. Your information and balance is safe.

How do I redeem my points:

Main Street Perks points can be redeemed at the register in the coffee shop when you checkout. Points can be redeemed in $5 increments and you will need to have enough rewards to cover your entire purchase. For example, if your purchase is less than $5, you must have 50 points to cover the purchase. If your purchase is beween $5 & $10, you must have 100 points to cover the purchase. Any unused points will stay on your account.

Tips for using our mobile app:
  • Update the app from the App Store (Make sure you are using the most current version of the app.)
  • You can also choose to regularly update the app inside the app with "Update App" button for regular updates made by our team.
  • Make sure you are logging in with the same phone number you use at the counter at Main Street (don't use a different mobile number).
