Rest assured - Every coffee variety we produce at Main Street Roasters is third-party tested for both mold and mycotoxins, including aflatoxins and ochratoxin A.

We conduct testing on the coffee in its raw (green) state as well as after roasting to ensure full transparency throughout the process. We maintain detailed records for each variety, and select results have been made publicly available for verification—so you can feel confident in the quality and safety behind every cup.
