Cassie manages all Room Reservations and call aheads. We want to ensure that your room is ready for you upon arrival. You can also complete our online room reservation form.

Large volume beverage orders (coffees, teas, cold brew) can be ordered in advance. Our Jo-to-Go coffee boxes are a popular choice for meetings and events. Contact Cassie to order your beverages.

We love to accommodate our guests whenever possible. Are you wanting a chai mix, cocoa, syrup, or tea you're not seeing on our website or shelf? You can request a special order and we can usually have your item within a few days.

If you have a question regarding an upcoming visit, and want to chat with someone in advance - don't hesitate to reach out. Cassie can help you answer common questions you may have to make your visit more relaxing.
