This coffee is so smooth and balanced that it is a joy in the cup. This is my new favorite after going through many blends. Not a fan of bright or fruit flavored or acidic coffees but this is so well balanced that the mouth feel is very pleasant. I drink a double espresso cortado every morning and since I found this coffee, I will be a long time subscriber.

We love these beans! We have tried many different beans for our espresso machine, and my husband is very picky, but we both love the house blend! We are excited to try more flavors
